About · Since 2016, Asia and Germany
Built in Berlin by an expat who did this the hard way.
DeAssists is Three Sixty Nine GmbH, a Berlin company. We are not a marketplace. We work with a selected set of universities, one housing partner we operate ourselves, and licensed insurance and blocked-account providers — and we show one honest price to everyone.
01 — Why we exist
Being an expat ourselves, we know the barriers. So we removed the ones we could.
DeAssists started in 2016 helping students from Asia reach Germany, and moved its operations to Berlin as Three Sixty Nine GmbH. Ten years and thousands of files later, the model is the same: an advisor who has done it, a price you can see before you talk to anyone, and a team on the ground when you land.
We keep the university list short on purpose. Nineteen partners we have visited, whose admissions teams we know by name, and whose fee routes we can quote from the first call.
- 2016

- 2022

- 2026
- Call center + onshore support for all visa services and all our candidates. Direct lead & application management system for every partner — more transparency and efficiency in recruiting.
02 — How we work
Four rules we don't break.
One honest price
The from-price on the site is the price we quote on the call. No agency fee hidden in the tuition.
Selected, not listed
We only place into universities we have visited and whose admissions teams we know by name.
We do the work
Documents, application, blocked account, insurance, visa coaching, a room — done with you, not forwarded.
On the ground
A Berlin team meets you in the first weeks: Anmeldung, bank, SIM, and the same people you already know.
03 — Where we are
Berlin desk. Asia desk. One file.
Your advisor in Asia and our Berlin team work the same case in the same portal, so nothing is retold twice.
