What does DeAssists actually do?
We sit between people moving to Germany and the organisations that serve them — universities, employers, training companies, landlords and service providers. We help you find the right option, show what it costs, and manage the process from first enquiry through to arrival.

Are you an agency or a marketplace?
Neither. A marketplace lists everything and steps back. An agency represents one side. We work with a selected set of providers we can explain and support, and we run the process for both sides.

What does it cost me?
Every service shows its price before you commit, and the price you see is the price our own team sees. Where a fee depends on your profile — grades, nationality, chosen programme — we show the lowest price you could qualify for and the condition attached to it, then confirm your exact price before you pay anything.

Do you guarantee a visa, an admission or a job?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Those decisions belong to embassies, universities and employers. What we guarantee is that your file is complete, correct and submitted properly, and that you know where you stand at every step.

How do you choose the providers you work with?
A service only joins DeAssists if we can make it clearer, more affordable, more trustworthy or easier to complete than doing it alone. If we cannot do at least one of those, it does not belong here.

Do I have to pay to speak to someone?
No. Advice, comparison and the first conversation are free. You pay only for a service you have chosen, at the price shown.

What happens after I register?
An advisor reviews your profile, confirms what is realistic for your case, and gives you a checklist of exactly what is needed. From there you can track your applications and documents in your own portal account.

Which services do you cover?
University programmes and admissions, full-time and part-time work, Ausbildung, accommodation, blocked accounts, insurance, visa preparation, APS and document translation, legal support, and post-landing services once you arrive.

Do you work outside Germany?
No. Germany only. That is the point — we would rather know one country properly than several vaguely.
